Akzonobel is a renowned paint and coating company and producer of specialty chemicals. Qhuba has set up a new operating model for information management. This model takes into account the reassessment of the current model, governance, sourcing, cost transparency and restructuring of the (retained) organisation.

What we did

Qhuba has made and executed a strategic and transformational plan together with the AkzoNodel stakeholders.

What we achieved

Because of this project AkzoNobel has better service, more transparency and clearer SLA’s with the business. The sourcing contracts have been renegotiated. And to top it off, this project meant a substantial cost reduction for AkzoNobel.
