What they wanted

Experian is a global organisation that helps consumers and businesses deliver data and analytical tools. They make sure that credit and fraud risks are minimised and the marketing efforts are optimised. Experian has asked Qhuba to bring stability to the European IT management team

What we did

Qhuba implemented service support processes, such as Problem Management, Change Management and Incident Management. We also implemented a project review process to achieve alignment of European projects with the global standard processes. Furthermore Qhuba established a KPI / rating system for the region and addressed all outstanding items of the audit.

What we achieved

Qhuba increased the maturity of Experians European organisation to the level of the global organisation. We have also prepared and executed the transition to the new IT director.
