What we did
Qhuba implemented service support processes, such as Problem Management, Change Management and Incident Management. We also implemented a project review process to achieve alignment of European projects with the global standard processes. Furthermore Qhuba established a KPI / rating system for the region and addressed all outstanding items of the audit.
What we achieved
Qhuba increased the maturity of Experians European organisation to the level of the global organisation. We have also prepared and executed the transition to the new IT director.
