What they wanted
The municipality of Amsterdam had to replace their current mobile devices for the enforcement department and also had to implement new back office systems.
What we did
Qhuba started with constructing a steering committee for the Gemeente Amsterdam according to the city’s guidelines. Then a definition study took place in line with the SCOPE-model. Qhuba also arranged the governance, did an extensive exploration of both the internal as the market demands. Eventually we also took care of the realisation and implementation of both the new devices as well as the back office system.
What we achieved
With this project Qhuba arranged the back office for 600 people and delivered over 400 mobile devices. The processes and work instructions for all 7 Amsterdam districts had been equilibrated and multiple working methods and systems have been replaced. This all happened within the set timeframe and budget.
