Interim IT manager needed to make critical changes possible

What they wanted

At HDI Insurances a new IT strategy had to be developed and implemented. HDI was going through a legal form transformation from a PLC to a SE (European public limited liability company). That called for an IT update so they stayed compliant. A reorganisation was also needed and as well as an IT solution for runoff portfolios.

What we did

Qhuba recruited an Interim manager for HDI Insurances that managed the wishes and expectations as mentioned above.

What we achieved

At the end of the project a start had been made with the reorganisation. The new IT strategy had been defined and accepted by the Board. Various transition trajectories had started and the employee satisfaction improved greatly. The IT costs at HDI had also already declined greatly.
