Program management of Telfort 2.0 program

What they wanted

Telfort is a telecom provider for both business and private customers. Qhuba helped Telfort improve cost control through automation of customer processes. They also wanted a shorter time to market through an IT environment for mobile and internet, postpaid and prepaid. And more flexibility for combining and/or introducing new services.

What we did

At Telfort we set up a Program Organisation and governance structure. We also selected parties such as Huawai and a managed service provider. Furthermore we created a blueprint and implemented it and executed a data cleaning and data migration.

What we achieved

Qhuba successfully completed the program and realised a big cost reduction. In addition, Telfort IT has been optimised from 180 to 80 fte.
