Everything starts with the Strategy of course. What does the organisation want to deliver, for which type of customers and how is that realised? The strategy answers the question: why are we on earth? Does the organisation, for example, want to distinguish itself by responding to every customer demand ór by efficiency? The strategy should always revolve around the customer. It is key to optimally establish and respond to the customer journey of the various customer groups (buyer personas) of the organisation. The customer journey is therefore the most important starting point for the chosen strategy.
